Today I have a LO which I made using prompts from 3 challenges ::

1. prompt #1 : Scrapbook.com : *APRIL* 5 Ingredients

3. prompt #3 : Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday : Spring Color Inspiration

here is my LO :

I used my Apr 2017 CKC kit to make this layout.

I loved making this LO. I cut up a big floral die-cut by iheartstudio (Wilna F.) which was part of a Studio Calico - Color Theory Class. I also used paper stencils which i cut using my Silhouette for the first time which was also part of the class supplies. Paper stencils r awesome for distress inks. loved using them. really fun class.

Hello !
Today I have a LO which was made using prompts from 2 challenges ::

1. prompt #1 : Scrapbook.com : word E*A*S*T*E*R
used E - embellishments (puffy stickers), A - Alpha letters, 
S - stitching, T - Tape (washi), E - Ephemera (real stamps), 
R - Ribbon

2. prompt #2 : Studio Challenges : 9th April - Sketch
 
here is my LO :

 

I used my Apr 2017 CKC kit to make this layout.

I won't lie this was one difficult LO to make. The stamps and photos bought so many different colors in the mix that it was difficult to get a cohesive look to the composition. Also i wanted to add a bit of postal look and feel (since it was about postal stamps). But i think the white stamping saved the day.
But i like the end result. i'm learning something new everyday. :)

I used my Apr 2017 CKC kit to make this layout.

This was fun. I did stenciling using distress inks on the background. and later added gel medium thru the stencil on some of the areas just for added interest. love this technique.

Apr 2017 Counterfeit Kit Challenge

Hello !
Here is my take on the "Apr 2017 Counterfeit Kit Challenge".

This month the inspiration kit is
“Ashton Court” - from Cocoa Daisy’s February 2017.
Such a pretty kit. so fresh and so many embellishments.

Here is my collection.

I have the "Dear Lizzy Lovely Day" paper pack. i love love this paper pack so i included a few papers from that which r included in the inspiration kit.
I also added a few stencils, inks, washi tape and ribbon. 
yes i added it all :). love how the kit turned out.
